Deliveries
We deliver door to door depending on where you are based. You can track your parcel online once order have been processed and a waybill number have been issues.
- Economy Courier – Store to Door – 2-5 Days Delivery – R150.00
- Self-Collect – Arrange by appointment to collect or send your own courier – R0.00
No extra taxes or fees will be added during checkout.
Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Our delivery fees are fixed and we advise you to group your items in one single order. We may not be able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each order.
*** Remember – We only deliver to street addresses and we only deliver during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly ***
Failed delivery attempts can incur an additional fee from our delivery partner which the customer is liable for.
- The courier is not able to accept cash or payments or stock on our behalf and the drivers only operates during office hours – monday to friday.
- Delivery charges subject to change without notice.
My parcel arrived, but the contents are damaged/missing/tampered with. What should I do?
We’ll work something out for you to make sure to keep you a happy client.
If you receive an incorrect or defective package, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement.
*** Any damaged or missing goods should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Claims after this elapsed period will not be entertained ***
We will only issue a refund to the original purchaser of the product only.
Returning Products
Due to the nature of Products all returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered. Used or opened products cannot be returned as it is illegal to send any goods potentially contaminated with human bodily fluids.
When contacting us, please provide clear explanation why you wish to have a replacement or refund, this must happen within 2 days of receiving your order.
If a replacement or credit is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise.
